A new tooth?

I just spotted a white peak in Audrey's mouth as I was getting her ready for bed... the funny thing, it wasn't one that I thought would be coming soon (like the bottom front one that she still doesn't have).
I can't tell which one it is on top - it's all alone in the back of her mouth! Crazy. This teeth thing really shouldn't surprise me anymore.
